The Chaplaincy provides a unique space where worshippers and inquirers of all faiths, or none, can meet to get to know each other.
Regular worship, social events and other activities are seen as times to explore our varied traditions and beliefs. These times are valued as ways to deepen mutual understanding and respect.
Chaplaincy activities take place at several venues around campus and in the local area:
The team of chaplains supports this spirit of openness. As a sign of this, the Christian churches involved in the Chaplaincy have signed a formal covenant to demonstrate their commitment to work together where possible.
How to find out more about Chaplaincy activities
St Francis Hall is a busy place where many groups meet each day. Why not drop in and find out what's going on. The noticeboards in the entrance hall will provide useful information about what's coming up soon on campus and in the city. If you can't find what you're looking for, please ask any of the chaplains.
